This is currently a working group – led by the French quality certification body AFNOR (Association Francaise de Normalisation) – looking specifically at Human Governance issues. This is a particularly interesting area as it places HR right at the heart of organisational governance and could have far-reaching implications. It should be of particular interest to anyone who is thinking of developing human capital reporting methods.
